New Builds
Have you got that dream house plan already in your mind? We work with your ideas and our local architect to turn your dream into a reality. We also have over 30 architectural designed homes on hand that can be used as is or easily altered slightly if required. With a Certified Building fixed price contract and a 10-year ‘Halo Residential Build Guarantee’ your new home is covered so you can sleep easy at night.
The key steps to turn your vision to a masterpiece are:
Meet and Greet to discuss the project.
Site meeting to see the new house location and to assess the surroundings and services.
Work with the architect to finalise the concept ideas.
The architect to draw up the plans ready for pricing.
The plans are sent to the sub-contractors and material suppliers for quoting.
Meeting with the client to present the quote.
Once the quote is accepted the architect will finish off the plans and specifications. Then it will be sent to the Council for Building Consent.
House construction underway. Weekly photos and emailed updates.
Any site variations discussed on site will have the costs agreed on before the work on them takes place.
Building work all complete. The site will be tidied and house professionally cleaned.
Council sign off. The final walk through with the client to inspect the new build before the final payment is processed.
The keys are exchanged and the 10-year ‘Halo Guarantee’ in place for your peace of mind.
After three months a call to remedy any maintenance or defects (The build is also covered for a further 9 months after this visit)
Director of RN Building Ryan Neutze has over 10 year’s experience in new builds and has constructed over 50 new homes. He has a wide knowledge of house designs and an eye for detail.
We use the latest in Project Management Software so the whole process is seamless from start to finish.
